Cycling in and around the park is a great way to see the countryside and visit different centres to see all the variety that the park area has to offer
Our resident cycle club Ride 63 also have rides every Tuesday, Thursday and weekends (to suit all levels of rider) throughout the year so have a look at the Facebook page to find out more.
The Muirshiel Explorer DIY ride is new for 2019. The idea is that you will collect a score card from Castle Semple and then cycle or walk to each of the park centres ( Castle Semple, Muirshiel, Greenock Cut and Lunderston Bay ) where you will find a wooden disc with a famous Scottish cyclist on it. Make a note of the cyclist on the score card and then once you have all 4 claim your free coffee at Castle Semple. Do it one day for a decent ride or over as many days as you wish.
