A quick lunchtime stroll along the banks of the River Calder, Lochwinnoch. Usually evening is my time for exercise, but I’m taking the opportunity to expose my phizog to the the rays of the sun and top up my vitamin D levels. Great to be along by the river and see dappled, sparkling rays of sunlight glimmering on the snow. Its also an opportunity to see see who else is out and about and roe deer hoof prints were visible clearly etched in the snow.
