It may have been a dreich evening, last Thursday (12th December) but the Brown Bull was a nice, friendly and cosy place to hold a meeting.
Keen to learn more of Lochwinnoch’s past such as “why are there so many buildings with cart/coach entrances?” and “what exactly did the Semples do for the Village?”. Timelines, outcomes and dressing up for guided walks were some of the subjects on discussion.
Two hours later and after much questioning, discussion and laughter we parted company to make our ways home for tea, get messages or simply get out of the rain.
