RYA Level 2 Dinghy
This is a follow on course from Level 1 and takes place over 2 days. On completion you should be able to sail without an instructor on board in light conditions. You will have a good understanding of:
- Rigging
- Launching
- Sailing in all directions
- Capsize recovery
- Essential safety knowledge.

RYA Level 3 Dinghy
This 2 day course will consolidate the skills learned during the level 1 and 2 courses and give you a taste of more advanced modules. RYA Seamanship
This course requires that you have mastered the skills and knowledge taught on level 2 and 3 dinghy courses and that you can sail confidently wi
thout an instructor on board. You will learn:
- How to handle a boat in all circumstances
- How to solve problems afloat.
- Sailing without a rudder or centerboard
- What to do if your equipment breaks
- Man overboard and capsize recovery

RYA Start Racing
Here you will learn the fundamentals of getting off the start line and round the course. This 2 day course is a great way to develop the skills required to start club racing including how to maximize speed and outwit your opponents.
