About
One of the first species to emerge that has not overwintered as an adult. Orange tips on the forewings are characteristic only for the male. Females have small black tips and can be often mistaken for Small White or Green – veined White. Adults feed primarily on Bramble, Bluebell, Dandelion and Red Campion.
