Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus).

Kestrels are one of the most common birds of prey in Europe. Their main habitats include heaths, moors and farmlands, although they have adapted to urban areas and it is quite easy to spot them hovering near busy roads. With the ability to keep their head still, even during strong winds, they prey on small mammals and birds. If there is plentiful of prey, Kestrels tend to catch and kill more than they can eat and hide the remains.
