Cycling is a great way to learn new skills, build confidence and interact with other people, providing an ideal environment for people with a disability to have a safe, fun and challenging cycling opportunity.
Riders of any level are invited to attend these sessions and learn how to improve their riding with adapted equipment such as Hand Cycles, side by side bikes, mountain trikes and standard trikes available to use. Disability hub sessions are also the first step onto The Rider Route for the Great Britain Cycling Team, where British Cycling coaches can identify and develop the best young talent from across the country.
To find more information and to book places please check the British Cycling Page.
Event costs £3.
At the time of booking onto a session, please contact the lead coach listed on the event description to discuss your needs and aims from the session.
