Junior Zombie Apocalypse Survival Course

Times 10am – 15:30 both days – please check in at the café at 10 am
2 days of fun survival skills and bushcraft. Activities will include; Shelter Building , Knot and Rope Skills, Campfire Safety and Fire Lighting, Tool Making , Survival Bracelet Making and more. This is a land-based course – will you survive?!
Bring your own packed lunch. Snacks available in the café.
Taking Part – What You Need to Know
What to Bring
- Warm clothing
- Waterproof jacket and waterproof trousers
- Warm hat/gloves
- Full change of clothing (including shoes and underwear)
- Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sun cream.
- Medication if required (e.g. Asthma inhalers, Epi- Pens)
- Old trainers (no Crocs, flip-flops, slides)
- Towel
This course is land based but please see below for precautions when visiting.
Hygiene Advice for Water Users and Visitors to Outdoor sites.
Whenever you take part in water activities, good personal hygiene is sensible. Whether using Castle Semple Loch or elsewhere the following normal precautions are recommended:
- Use footwear to help protect feet from cuts
- Avoid swallowing water if possible
- Remember to wash your hands before eating or handling food
- Take a shower after immersion sports
- Wash clothing and footwear
