This session will focus on the mountain trikes with the aim of a short run from Castle Semple along to Parkhill Woodland to get to grips with off road cycling
Cycling is a great way to learn new skills, build confidence and interact with other people, providing an ideal environment for people with a disability to have a safe, fun and challenging cycling opportunity.
Riders of any level are invited to attend these sessions and learn how to improve their riding with adapted equipment such as handcycles, side by side bikes, mountain trikes and standard trikes available to use. Disability hub sessions are also the first step onto The Rider Route for the Great Britain Cycling Team, where British Cycling coaches can identify and develop the best young talent from across the country. Our about disability and para-cycling resource provides more information.
