Come and celebrate our wonderful woods and wildlife with free guided walks on Sunday 21st May. The woodland bird wander start time is now 1.30pm so you can also do the butterfly walk that starts at 12.30pm. There’s a guided tour of of Muirshiel’s geodiversity at 1pm to find out how our volcanic past and changeable weather has shaped our landscape. At the Centre there will be bird ringing with our Tag-n-Track officer, a stall with the community group EADHA and moths trapped the night before. For those with a gps you can download a gpx file with wildlife questions as you go round the Muirshiel woodland trail.
Maximum of 10 people per walk, book your place in advance on 01505 842 882
