Keep Britain Tidy!.

Many thanks to all of our volunteers who came along to our 2 planned events at Castle Semple and Lunderston Bay over the weekend.

As part of the Keep Britain Tidy event on Sunday 5th March at Castle Semple 5 of our weekly Duke of Edinburgh volunteers and 4 members of the public came down to help.

The group collected around 11 bin bags of litter working back along from Angler’s Gate to the Centre along the lochshore path.

Also congrats to Ross whose final session was today completing over a year’s worth of volunteering for his Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award!

Over at Lunderston Bay the Greenock Cut’s Ranger team and 12 volunteers collected 121lbs of litter from the shores of the popular seaside location the day before.
