For the third year in a row, a participant from a Clyde Muirshiel group has won the Forestry Commission Branching Out National Photography Competition! The group was from the Scottish Association for Mental Health based in Greenock and the winner was Susan with her picture ‘Oak Leaves and Water Droplets’.
Branching Out is a woodland activity programme for those with mental health issues over a period of 12 weeks. Participants can relax and enjoy bushcraft, conservation and artistic sessions including photography at Clyde Muirshiel’s Country Park locations.
Susan will receive her prize from the Branching Out Programme Manager Nathalie Moriarty, at her group’s Awards Ceremony, the celebration of all the group has achieved on the 15th November.
